At MetaOfficialAPI, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality API services. However, due to the nature of digital products and services, we follow a strict refund policy as outlined below.
1. No Refunds on API Usage
All API plans, subscriptions, and one-time purchases are non-refundable once payment has been processed. This includes cases where the service was partially used, not used, or misused.
2. Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued under the following rare circumstances:
Double payment: If you accidentally made the same payment twice, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
Technical failure: If our service was unavailable or non-functional for more than 24 consecutive hours due to a verified server-side issue.
Unauthorized payment: If your payment account was used fraudulently and you report it within 7 days, along with proof.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain access until the period ends.

5. Processing Time
